Using dexterity, psychology and humor, Josh performs things that should be impossible but aren’t. His performances will leave audiences with a sense of astonishment, and curiosity. Josh will never forget that sense of amazement he felt when he had his first trick performed for him and his goal is to pass that sense of wonderment onto his spectators!
Josh has appeared on TV, performed across Australia and internationally, and is a Guinness world recorder holder, helping lead a team of magicians to break the world recorded for ‘longest magic show’ His unique skills are constantly in demand, whether as a corporate performer, as an entertainer at private parties or at sell out shows such as the Melbourne Comedy and Magic Festivals .

Josh Staley creates live performance art that seems utterly impossible. He is the winner of multiple awards and achievements, including Australian junior champion of close up magic.

Since attending his first “magic performance” at age 6, Josh has been intrigued by the art of magic ever since. Being so impressed, after the show Josh invested in his first magic kit.

After many tireless years of practice and determination Josh was awarded the Australian Junior Champion of close up magic. From there, Josh has accumulated many awards, including national titles, and a Guinness world record holder, as a leader of the team who broke the world recored for ‘worlds longest magic show’. clocking in at 85 hours!. He has also made several television, and radio appearances, and has a large live performance resume.

Josh’s first formal show debuted at the Melbourne Magic festival, when he was only 17, making him the youngest person to not only produce a show in that festival, but also to sell out a season, and this trend of selling out as continued since.

A year after his first debut show, Josh was part of a team who produced ‘Magic sports’, which went on to win several awards, and appear in the Melbourne comedy festival 2016, to a sell out run.
