How your event runs

How it works

1. Tell us about your event. Date, city, crowd size, the kind of night you want and, if you like, your entertainment budget. Your budget stays with us.
2. Get a shortlist that fits. Your agent recommends acts that suit your room and your price bracket, and checks availability for you, so you are choosing between performers who can actually do your date.
3. Plan it in your own portal. Free for every client: guests, RSVPs, dietary needs, seating, documents, budget and your other suppliers, all in one place, not just the entertainment.
4. Let the platform chase the details. Performers and suppliers enter their requirements once, stage, power, parking, timings, and reminders go to whoever still needs to answer, until everything is answered.
5. Run the night live. One run sheet on every screen. If something runs late, every timing after it updates for everyone, from the MC to the kitchen. Coming soon: hand the running of the night to Oracle.
6. Keep it for next time. Your event history, contacts and lessons stay in your portal, ready for next year.

Before, during and after

Before. One brief, one agent, one message thread. Your venue, caterer, AV crew and colleagues join the same event space, so nobody works from an old email. There is one current floor plan and one current run sheet, not a folder of PDFs in versions.

During. The run sheet is live. When the mains are twenty minutes late, the award presentations, the performer's set, the AV cues and the curfew all move on every screen at once, and you can see where there is room to make time back. Oracle checks the event is ready in the lead-up and flags what still needs attention; the fuller live-night assistant is coming soon.

After. Nothing is lost. The history, the contacts and the lessons stay in your portal for next year's event, and if something was not delivered, the record shows who was waiting on whom, so the feedback is fair to everyone.
