The live run sheet

What a live run sheet does

• One plan for everyone. The MC, the performer, the AV crew and the venue see the same running order, not their own copies of an old PDF.
• Delays move everything. If the mains are twenty minutes late, the awards, the performer's set and the curfew all shift together, and you can see where there is room to make time back.
• Cues and timings in one place. Set times, changeovers and who is responsible for what sit on the same sheet.
• A record afterwards. What ran when, and who was waiting on whom, stays in your event history for next year.

Built from the details you already gave us

Performers and suppliers enter their requirements once, such as stage, power, parking and timings. Those details feed the run sheet, so the plan for the night starts from what people have confirmed, not from guesses.

Checking the event is ready

In the lead-up, Oracle checks that your event is ready and flags what still needs attention. The fuller live-night assistant is coming soon.

Why it matters

Most events do not go wrong because of the entertainment. They go wrong because two people are working from different versions of the night. A single live run sheet removes that problem.

The run sheet is part of your event on Show Me Now, the platform we run our events on. See how an event runs from first enquiry to the report after the night.
