Worth knowing: variety and spoken acts don't perform
during dinner service — the room's focus is on the plate. Musicians are the opposite and suit
it perfectly. We'll help you place it right.
With numbers like that you'll want proper microphones
and speakers — a venue's background system won't carry a performance. Past 400 guests, screens
are worth costing in so the back of the room sees what the front sees.
Small doesn't mean limited. An intimate group can be a
superb audience for a parlour show — a hybrid between roving and a feature set. Tell us the room
and we'll tell you what works.
Budget
Your budget isn't shown to the entertainers. It stays with us and it's used
for one thing — narrowing the search. Without it we're guessing.
That's fine. If you're not sure, tell us what the event
is worth to you and we'll come back with options at two or three levels.

A note on roving: one performer covers roughly 70
guests an hour. With your numbers you'd want two or three to reach everyone properly — we'll
factor that into the quote.
